Shanghai – China

The Bund is an area of Huangpu District in central Shanghai, People’s Republic of China.  The area centers on a section of Zhongshan Road within the former Shanghai International Settlement, which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River, facing Pudong, in the easstern part of Huangpu District.  The Bund usually refers to the buildings and wharves of this section of the road, as well as some adjacent areas.  The Bund is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai.

Taken with the Canon G9 camera
3 images  of the scene taken at sunset.
ISO 400 •  f8 •  1/60 •  hand held • RAW format
Processed files using CS3 camera raw to jpegs, then merged the 3 images into a panorama with CS3.
Took the single file and made two additional images to have a +2 and -2 to give me 3 files (+2 / 0 / -2 ) to make a Photomatix HDR tonemapped file.

Open the tonemapped file with additional work done in CS3.

Original images merge into the panorama shown below
