Dirt flies as the barrel racer approaches a turn, the horse seemingly defies gravity by lowering itself nearly to its side, yet the skill of the rider remains balanced in the saddle. A real challenge to get this image in the camera in a fraction of a second. The tonality and luminance of the image are adjusted through the creation of duplicate layers of the original image. These duplicates are then processed by adjusting color, texture and detail. Multiple layers of these variations are made into a composite to complete the finished image.
